Debt rejig for Visy (Herald Sun)
DICK Pratt's Visy packaging empire has completed a restructure of around $2 billion of debt as part of an overhaul of group operations. Visy has confirmed in documents lodged with regulators that it has used its Visy Packaging Properties subsidiary to assist in the consolidation of the debt burden.
